From the phone call, to actually meeting the receptionist Joanna in person, to having Abby take excellent care of me, the hygienist, the Dr. , and ending with Kat who all helped me make my visit EVERYTHING that I needed it to be!! Thank you to the entire staff! They were all professional, knowledgeable and personable!! I'm telling everyone that I know about this place.

As a dental student, I was absolutely horrified hearing about my sister’s experience at this office. She went in for a simple filling and it turned into an ordeal that can only be described as negligence. They failed to properly numb her before starting the procedure, didn’t have her do a bite test after placing the filling, and didn’t provide her with safety goggles—resulting in a piece of tooth flying into her eye. they didn’t even put the correct tooth in her treatment plan, even though they discussed it with her beforehand.

This mistake meant she had to get back into the chair for them to fix the right tooth later—and even then, the dark spot she originally came in for was still there. To make matters worse, there was no dental assistant present to suction during the procedure, which left her with tooth particles sitting in her mouth. This isn’t just poor care, it borders on malpractice. If you care about your oral health, I would strongly recommend staying far away from this office.

Once again, being in dental school I know how unprofessional and unacceptable this is.

Emergency services advertised stating that office was open on Saturday from 8 to 3. Drove my daughter there who is in excruciating pain only to find it closed. Please update your status online so people don't waste their time. Tooth pain is serious and it was cruel to see my daughter's hope for relief to get instantly squashed. Please have enough compassion to consider keeping your status current

My Mother went to Aspen under her Medicare plan for a checkup and cleaning. We first verified they take the insurance before making the appt. When she has her appt they immediately hit her with the need for periodontal work, cavity fillings, and a crown. She was asked if she wanted fluoride treatment which she declined. She had her cleaning after spending minimal time with the dentist himself. On check out they proceeded to bill her and ask for payment for 2 fluoride treatments. My sister went back the next day to get my Mom's money back since she didn't authorize the treatment.

They were not helpful and on top of all of this my Mom's insurance covers one fluoride treatment with 0 copay. My sister called my Mom's insurance to report their up selling and scare tactics. In the process the insurance revealed the bill submitted is out of network. If I could give them 0 stars I would. So glad we found this out before any further treatment took place.
